For 15 years, J. Randall “Randy” Waterfield has guided the operations of Waterfield Group and its subsidiary companies, spearheading investments across industries including technology, real estate, and merchant banking. An experienced financial business leader and former chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organization New York City, J. Randall Waterfield lends his expertise to the boards of several institutions, including Culver Military Summer Academy.
Since 1894, Culver Academy has helped students grow into responsible, capable leaders by focusing on intellectual, physical, and spiritual growth. Located in Northern Indiana, the military boarding school offers a comprehensive academic catalog, including institutes for global studies and entrepreneurship, in addition to programs for arts and athletics.
Additionally, Culver sponsors numerous summer cramps to further support students’ ongoing development. The Culver Woodcraft Camp offers over 60 elective activities, spanning from academic courses and arts programs to nature studies, sports, and horseback riding, to children aged nine to 14. Culver’s Upper Camp caters to adolescents from ages 13 to 17, and offers aviation, horsemanship, and naval studies for both boys and girls. In addition to these six-week camps, Culver also holds Mini Woodcraft Camps in the fall and spring, as well as a five-day Junior Woodcraft Camp during the summer.
